Duck & Weave was developed by a 2 man team for the Untitled Game Jam #37.
You Play as a Duck who has just escaped the chopping block! In order to survive you must find and press a switch to summon the DumbWaiter. When the DumbWaiter arrives, you have limited time to get inside, and escape. but beware of the evil Chef!! he will not let you get away to easily!
How to Play
To win the round you have to escape via the Dumbwaiter, you can call the Dumbwaiter by hitting the large red button that spawns.
When the Dumbwaiter arrives, you only have limited time to get inside before it closes, but beware, get there too early and the Chef will get you.
Duck & Weave includes 3 Kitchen maps, with randomized button spawns to mix up each round.
Tips
- Look Up!! Switches can spawn high, so you will need to find a way up to hit them.
- Sprinting and Jumping tires the Duck, he will need to rest for a moment if you do it too much.

A week usually isn't enough of a time frame to get out a game like Duck & Weave, but this is a fun game and a lot harder than I thought it was going to be, the way the chef slips and the noise it makes when it slips, makes me laugh. The duck burning to a roast style duck, is funny as well. It also makes you want to keep trying and trying to get a Victory.
Great fun game, not as easy as I thought it was going to be :)
Some quality work in a short time frame, looking forward to seeing more from these guys in the future.

I think the physics and mechanics are very smooth and the graphics are spot on
The game itself is not so hard that you want to pull your hair out and it's not so easy that it bores you, it provides a challenge that makes you want to come back and play it more.
I sure as hell hope I don't ever run into a chef like this because I'll have to duck and weave!!

this is a great game, love it, it is hard but fun to play, graphics are amazing as well as the characters. Well done top game.
Nice physics and mechanics, good animations and music fits to the game perfectly, its pretty hard but its a lot of fun to master the game :)
love it, the chef reminds me of Arty Bucco, the gameplay is fun and difficult enough to keep it interesting, the graphics are bright and colorful and the duck looks good enough to eat, what a great job from a 2 man team and in such a short amount of time....KUDOS!!!!
